Family Pictures-2013

Back in the middle of June we had family pictures taken by the fabulous Jen Herem of Jen Herem Photography.  I booked her 4 months ago and we were excited to finally get an updated picture of our family.  (I haven't even attempted to do any family shots since Daws was born.)  

As much as I'd love to save us some money and do them myself, it is just too hard now that we have the 2 kiddos.  And, to be honest, there wasn't even a question of who I'd have do them because I love, love, LOVE Jen's work!  I hope to be her when I grow up. :)

Here are a few of my favorites...

To be honest I'm absolutely stunned at how many great photos we got.  Both boys were whining/crying for 90% of the session and not following directions for the other 10% of the time.  It really is quite unusual (especially for my little poser, Bridger) to act like that when a camera is involved.  I was so frustrated when we left. Ahhhhh....life with children!  All is well that ends well, right?
