I love to see the temple...

A couple of weeks ago my mom invited Scott and I to go on a private tour of the new Draper, UT temple. Because it was on a Monday morning, we didn't know if Scott would be able to skip out of work to go but after a last minute call to his boss, everything worked out great!

The temple was so beautiful on the inside and out. I could not believe how much work goes into the design of the temples. Everything from the tiles and carpet to the artwork and chandeliers was absolutely beautiful. Something that never ceases to amaze me is how pristine the temples look and yet they have such great beauty.


After the walk-through we had the chance to go to a luncheon over in the stake center located in the same lot as the temple. Scott wasn't able to attend because he had to get back to work. Everything was so well put together and the food was great. (Particularly the chocolate/peanut butter brownies if I do say so myself!)

If any of you get the chance to take a walk through it is definitely worth your time!
