SYTYCD Concert

Last weekend my mom and I tagged along with the cousins to go support Randi at the SYTYCD concert. We all started with dinner at Texas Roadhouse and then off for a bit of shopping. I got the most amazing hat which I am stoked about wearing sometime soon as well as a new pair of jeans...yeah, finally decided to try out the skinny jeans trend. My ankles are still feeling just a big claustrophobic but hopefully I'll soon get over that.

We got to the E Center for the big show just before it started and found our seats on the floor just a few rows back. As usual, all of the dancers did awesome and it was so much fun watching them in person. Randi and Evan did the 'butt dance' which is a personal favorite and it was fun to go crazy with the rest of the family while she was up there. :)

After the show we were all able to go backstage to meet all the dancers. It is amazing to think that just a few months ago each of them were living a relatively normal life and are now submerged into the world of celebrities. I loved watching all of the teenage girls (and some adult males) scream when they saw Kopono or jump up and down excitedly when they talked to Brandon. Since all of us were wearing our "Vote for Randi" t-shirts, the dancers could easily identify all friends and family of Randi and were really sweet to us. I was lucky enough to get pictures with all of the top 10 and the 2 guests they brought on tour (Phillip & Caitlyn).

Thanks, Mom for buying my ticket and being my date for the evening! As usual, I'm glad we got to party together. :)

A night to remember! But better than seeing all those "stars" was spending time with my beautiful daughter. Let's do it again soon!
